    From Selfoss, head to the local bus terminal located at Austurvegur 4. Take the bus number 51 towards Þorlákshöfn. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Þorlákshöfn' stop, which is the main bus stop in town. Once you arrive, exit the bus and head east on Hafnarskeið street. You will find Black Beach Tours at Hafnarskeið 17, a short walk of about 5 minutes.

  • Bicycle

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Selfoss. Start your ride by heading east on Austurvegur, then turn onto Þjóðvegur 1 (the main road). Follow the road for about 20 km towards Þorlákshöfn. Once you reach Þorlákshöfn, continue straight until you reach Hafnarskeið. Turn left onto Hafnarskeið and proceed to number 17, where Black Beach Tours is located. The ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

    Although it's quite a distance, if you enjoy walking, you can make your way to Þorlákshöfn on foot. Start by heading east on Austurvegur out of Selfoss. Follow the path along Þjóðvegur 1. It is approximately 20 km to Þorlákshöfn, so it may take around 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Þorlákshöfn, continue on Hafnarskeið street until you reach number 17 for Black Beach Tours.
