Follow the signs towards the lava field, which is located at RXHC+RM2, Stokkseyri.

From there, you can walk along Route 1 towards Stokkseyri, which is about 10 kilometers away. Once you arrive in Stokkseyri, follow local signage towards Þjórsárhraun Lava Flow, which is about 2 kilometers further. Ensure you have a map or a GPS device to assist you.
