Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, take a left onto Þjóðvegur road (the main road). Follow Þjóðvegur for about 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Traustholtshólmi. Follow the sign which will lead you to a path that takes you directly to Traustholtshólmi.
