From Skaftafell, head northwest on Route 1 (the Ring Road) towards Selfoss. Continue driving for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Take the exit for Route 35 towards Geysir. Follow Route 35 for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Geysir Geothermal Area where Strokkur Geyser is located. There is a parking area available near the geyser, and parking fees may apply, typically around 700 ISK for a day.
