From Snæfellsbær, head northwest on Route 54. Continue for approximately 12 km until you reach a junction. Take a right towards Hellissandur on Route 574. After about 5 km, follow the signs for Saxhóll Crater. The parking area is located at V32G+95F, near the base of the crater. Parking is free.
