Car
If you are driving from Reykjavik, take the Route 41 road towards Keflavík. Continue on Route 41 for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the town of Keflavík. As you enter Keflavík, look for signs for local attractions. Þotuhreiðrið is located at the coordinates X9WG+XJV, which you'll find on your GPS. It should be visible from the main road as you approach it.
Public Transportation
From Reykjavik, you can take a bus operated by Strætó (Bus No. 55) heading to Keflavík. The bus ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the bus station in Keflavík, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a taxi to Þotuhreiðrið, located at X9WG+XJV. Taxis are readily available at the bus station and may cost around 2000 ISK for the short trip.
Walking
If you are already in Keflavík, you can walk to Þotuhreiðrið. Start from the center of Keflavík and head towards the coast. Follow the signs towards the sculpture. The walk should take around 20 minutes, covering a distance of approximately 1.5 kilometers.
