If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Selfoss and head east on the Ring Road (Route 1). After approximately 32 km, take the exit onto Route 35 towards Þingvellir. Continue on Route 35 for about 29 km until you reach the intersection with Route 36. Turn left onto Route 36 and follow it for approximately 15 km. You will see signs for Arbaejarfoss. The final stretch will lead you onto a gravel road (F-road) for about 3 km. Make sure to drive carefully as the road can be bumpy. You will arrive at Arbaejarfoss, located at VM75+94P, 851 Árbær.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Reykjavík to Selfoss operated by Strætó. Buses run regularly and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Selfoss, you will need to arrange a taxi to take you to Arbaejarfoss, as there is no direct public transport to the waterfall.
