Car
If you're driving from Reykjavik, take Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading east. After approximately 45 km, take the exit onto Route 36 towards Þingvellir. Continue on Route 36 for about 15 km until you reach the Þingvellir National Park entrance. Look for signs directing you to Lögberg, as it's a prominent landmark within the park. Parking is available near the visitor center, but be aware that there is an entrance fee to the park, which is approximately ISK 1,000 per vehicle.
Public Transportation
From Reykjavik, you can take a bus operated by Sterna or Reykjavik Excursions that goes directly to Þingvellir National Park. Buses typically depart from the BSI Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to Lögberg, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the frequency may vary throughout the day.
Walking
Once you arrive at Þingvellir National Park, if you're close to the visitor center or the parking area, you can walk to Lögberg. It's approximately a 15-20 minute walk along well-marked paths.
