    From the center of Vik, head east on Suðurlandsvegur (Route 1) towards Reynisfjara Beach. After about 1.5 km, you will see a sign for Reynisfjall on your right. Continue walking until you reach the trailhead leading to the mountain. Follow the marked path to ascend Reynisfjall, which is approximately 1 km from the trailhead.

    If you have rented a bike, start from the center of Vik and cycle east along Suðurlandsvegur (Route 1). It’s about a 1.5 km ride to the Reynisfjall trailhead. Once you reach the sign for Reynisfjall, park your bike at the designated area and follow the marked path to hike up the mountain, which is about 1 km from the trailhead.
