Getting there

Walking

Start from the center of Borgarnes. Head northwest on Þjóðvegur 1 (the main road) towards the direction of Bifröst. Continue walking for about 5 kilometers, following the signs for Bifröst. As you approach Bifröst, keep an eye out for the Glanni Waterfall signs. Once you reach the area, the waterfall will be visible from the main path, take the trail that leads to the waterfall.

Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, begin at the Borgarnes Information Center. Cycle northwest on Þjóðvegur 1. The distance is approximately 5 kilometers. You will enjoy the scenic views along the way. As you get closer to Bifröst, look for the signs indicating Glanni Waterfall. There is a small parking area near the waterfall where you can secure your bike before walking the last few meters to the falls.

Public Transport
