If you're traveling by car from other parts of the Western Region, head towards Reykjavík. The Sun Voyager is located on Sæbraut Road in the city. From the center of Reykjavík, follow signs for the coast and the Harpa Concert Hall. Once you reach Harpa, continue along the waterfront until you see the Sun Voyager, which is approximately a 10-minute drive from the center. Parking is available along the road or in nearby lots, but be aware that parking may incur fees depending on the area.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from various locations in the Western Region to the Reykjavík bus terminal (BSÍ). Once you arrive at BSÍ, look for bus routes 1 or 14. Both of these buses will take you close to the Sun Voyager area. Get off at the Harpa Concert Hall stop, and from there, it is a 10-minute walk along the waterfront to the sculpture.
