If you're traveling by car, head towards Dynjandi waterfall, which is the well-known site nearby. From Ísafjörður, take Route 61 towards Þingeyri. After about 30 kilometers, turn onto Route 63 towards Dynjandi. Continue on this road for about 12 kilometers until you reach the Dynjandi parking area. From the parking lot, follow the marked walking trail for approximately 1 kilometer to reach Hrísvaðsfoss. The drive from Ísafjörður to Dynjandi takes around 40 minutes, and parking is free.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transport, take the bus from Ísafjörður to Þingeyri, which runs several times a day. Once in Þingeyri, you will need to take a taxi (or arrange for a ride share) to the Dynjandi waterfall area, as there’s no direct public transport to the waterfall. The taxi ride will take approximately 20 minutes and may cost around 5,000 ISK. Once at the Dynjandi parking area, follow the marked walking trail for about 1 kilometer to reach Hrísvaðsfoss.
