If you're traveling by car within Þórsmörk, start from the Þórsmörk visitor center (located at 63.6886, -19.5175). Head southeast on the main road (Þórsmörk road) for about 2 kilometers. At the fork, take the left road that continues towards Húsadalur. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach Volcano Huts Húsadalur, which will be on your right. Look for the sign indicating the huts to ensure you don’t miss the entrance.

For those relying on public transportation, take a bus from Hvolsvöllur to Þórsmörk. The bus will drop you off at the Þórsmörk visitor center.
