If you're starting from the Boise River Greenbelt, walk east on the greenbelt path towards downtown Boise. Once you reach the park area near the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, exit the greenbelt and head north on 8th Street. Continue walking until you reach Jefferson Street, then turn left and walk west for two blocks. The Idaho State Capitol will be on your right at 700 W Jefferson St.
