From the North End area, head south toward W Hill Rd. Turn right onto W Hill Rd and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach N Cole Rd. Turn left onto N Cole Rd. The Aquarium of Boise will be on your left at 64 N Cole Rd. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile and should take around 20 minutes.

Locate the nearest bus stop in the North End where the ValleyRide bus service operates, such as the stop at W Hill Rd & N 13th St. Board Bus Route 1 (Boise River) heading towards the Boise Bench. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop at N Cole Rd & W Overland Rd. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk north on N Cole Rd to reach the Aquarium of Boise at 64 N Cole Rd. The bus fare is $1.50 for a single ride.
