    If you're driving within City of Rocks National Reserve, start from the visitor center. Head southeast on the main road towards the South Twin Sisters Road. Continue straight for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with S Twin Sisters Rd. Turn left onto S Twin Sisters Rd and follow this road for about 1 mile. Register Rock will be on your right, marked by a small parking area. There are no fees to park.
