If you're driving within City of Rocks National Reserve, start from the visitor center. Head southeast on the main road towards the South Twin Sisters Road. Continue straight for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with S Twin Sisters Rd. Turn left onto S Twin Sisters Rd and follow this road for about 1 mile. Register Rock will be on your right, marked by a small parking area. There are no fees to park.

For those who prefer to hike, you can start from the nearby campsites. From the campground, follow the established trails leading southeast toward S Twin Sisters Rd. The hike is approximately 1.5 miles and will take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. Be sure to bring water and wear appropriate footwear, as the terrain can be uneven.
