From the center of Wood River Valley, head southeast on ID-75 S toward Ketchum. Continue on ID-75 S for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with ID-26 E. Merge onto ID-26 E and continue for about 25 miles. Take the exit toward Minidoka Dam Rd and follow the signs to Lake Walcott State Park. The park entrance will be on your left at 959 Minidoka Dam Rd, Rupert, ID 83350. Note that there may be a parking fee at the park, so be prepared for any costs associated with parking.
