From Coeur d'Alene, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the 'North Idaho College' bus line heading towards Spokane. Make sure to check the bus schedule for timings. After approximately an hour, you will arrive at Spokane. Once you reach Spokane, walk to the nearest bus stop for the 'Downtown Spokane' route and board the bus. Get off at the stop nearest to 1115 W Riverside Ave, which is 'Riverside & Howard'. The Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes will be a short walk from there.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Coeur d'Alene. Start by heading west on Sherman Ave towards Government Way. Follow Government Way until you reach the intersection with I-90. You will need to navigate through some streets to reach the Centennial Trail, which runs alongside the Spokane River. Follow the trail until it takes you into Spokane and leads you toward the downtown area. Once you are in downtown Spokane, make your way to W Riverside Ave and look for the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes at 1115 W Riverside Ave.

If you prefer to walk, start at the Coeur d'Alene Resort area near the lakefront. Walk north along the waterfront until you reach S 4th St. Head west on S 4th St until you reach N 15th St. Turn left and continue walking until you come to the intersection with E 2nd Ave. Here, you will catch a glimpse of the Spokane River. Continue walking west towards Spokane until you cross the state line. Once you reach Spokane, navigate toward downtown by following the signs along Riverside Ave. The Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes at 1115 W Riverside Ave will be on your left.
