Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Twin Falls, Idaho. Head west on Addison Ave W toward 4th Ave W. Continue for about 1.5 miles, then merge onto US-93 N. After approximately 12 miles, take the exit toward ID-46 W/Buhl. Continue on ID-46 W for about 5 miles until you reach the town of Buhl. Once in Buhl, turn left onto Balanced Rock Rd. Drive approximately 4 miles, and you will see Balanced Rock Park on your right. Parking is available on-site.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, take the Magic Valley Public Transit bus from Twin Falls to Buhl. Check the local bus schedule for specific times as they may vary. Once you arrive in Buhl, you can either walk or use a rideshare service to reach Balanced Rock Park, which is about 4 miles away. It's recommended to arrange a rideshare in advance, as public transportation may not directly service the park.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, you can start in Twin Falls and follow the same route as by car. Biking along US-93 N to ID-46 W is scenic but be cautious of traffic. Once you reach Buhl, turn onto Balanced Rock Rd. The total distance from Twin Falls to Balanced Rock Park is about 20 miles, so ensure you are prepared for the ride. Bring water and snacks for the journey.
