Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Twin Falls, Idaho. Head east on 4th Ave E toward US-93 S. Merge onto US-93 S and continue for about 21 miles. Take the exit for ID-75 N toward Sun Valley. After about 10 miles, you will see signs for Magic Reservoir. Follow the signs to Triumph, ID. Once you arrive in Triumph, the Magic Reservoir Historical Marker will be located near the lake on your right, just off the main road.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a Greyhound bus from Twin Falls to Hailey, Idaho. From Hailey, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Triumph, ID. The distance from Hailey to Triumph is approximately 25 miles. Once you arrive in Triumph, the Magic Reservoir Historical Marker is located near the lake. You may need to walk a short distance from where you are dropped off to reach the marker.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, starting from Twin Falls, take the Canyon Rim Trail heading east to connect to US-93 S. Follow the same route as described for cars, but be cautious as the highway can have heavy traffic. The ride is approximately 31 miles to Triumph, so ensure you are prepared with plenty of water and snacks. Once you reach Triumph, the marker will be visible near the lake.
