If you are already in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, you will want to head towards Jerome, Idaho. From any point in the recreation area, navigate to ID-75 S. This highway will take you south towards the town of Jerome. Once you reach Jerome, follow the signs to American Avenue. Turn onto American Avenue and drive approximately 0.3 miles. The Sawtooth National Forest office is located at 370 American Ave, Jerome, ID 83338. Make sure to check the office hours before your visit, as they are open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4:30 PM.
