From Owyhee, head north on Highway 51 towards Boise. Merge onto I-84 E towards Boise and continue for about 30 miles. Take exit 50 for Broadway Ave. Turn left onto Broadway Ave and continue until it merges into E Warm Springs Ave. Follow E Warm Springs Ave until you reach E Old Penitentiary Rd. Turn right onto E Old Penitentiary Rd, and the trailhead will be on your left, approximately 1 mile down the road. There is no parking fee at the trailhead.
