    Start at the Pocatello Transit Center located at 5815 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201. From here, you can take the Route 1 bus towards 'Pocatello High School.' Get off at the stop near the Idaho State University campus. From there, transfer to the Route 3 bus, which heads towards 'Mink Creek.'

  • Walking from Bus Stop

    Once you arrive at the Mink Creek bus stop, you will need to walk to Cherry Springs Nature Area. Head east on Mink Creek Rd. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see signs for Cherry Springs Nature Area along the way. The entrance will be on your left at 2-702 Mink Crk Rd, Pocatello, ID 83204.

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local shop in Pocatello. After you arrive at the Pocatello Transit Center, take Route 1 towards Idaho State University. Once you reach the university, follow the road signs to Mink Creek Rd. Biking along Mink Creek Rd will take you directly to Cherry Springs Nature Area.
