If you're starting from downtown Pocatello, head east on East Center Street until you reach South 5th Avenue. Turn left onto South 5th Avenue and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. You'll pass several shops and cafes. After reaching the intersection with East Quinn Road, turn right and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Yellowstone Avenue. Cross over to the other side of Yellowstone Avenue, and then continue walking north for about 0.2 miles. The My World Discovery Museum is located at 4155 Yellowstone Ave #1118, Chubbuck, ID 83202, which will be on your left.

From downtown Pocatello, take the local bus service (check the local transit schedule for routes and times). Board the bus that heads towards Chubbuck, specifically looking for a route that stops at Yellowstone Avenue. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop closest to 4155 Yellowstone Ave. After getting off, walk north along Yellowstone Avenue for a short distance, and you will find the My World Discovery Museum on your left at 4155 Yellowstone Ave #1118.
