    If you are starting from downtown Pocatello, head to the nearest bus stop at the Pocatello Regional Transit Hub located at 1000 N 5th Ave. Take Bus #1 towards South Pocatello. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop at 2nd Ave and S 30th St. From there, walk south on 2nd Ave for about 10 minutes, and Zoo Idaho will be on your left at 3000 S 2nd Ave.

    If you are staying close to Idaho State University, you can walk to Zoo Idaho. Head south on S 8th Ave towards E Bonneville St. Turn right on E Bonneville St and continue until you reach S 2nd Ave. Turn left onto S 2nd Ave and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. Zoo Idaho will be on your right at 3000 S 2nd Ave.

    For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in downtown Pocatello. Start by heading south on S 5th Ave, and then turn left onto E Clark St. Continue to ride until you reach S 2nd Ave. Turn right onto S 2nd Ave and ride for about 1.5 miles. The zoo will be on your right at 3000 S 2nd Ave.
