Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Pocatello (e.g., near the Bannock County Courthouse), head west on East Clark Street until you reach the intersection with South 5th Avenue. Turn left onto South 5th Avenue and continue walking south. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach East Quinn Road. Turn right onto East Quinn Road and walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach Aspen Lane. Turn left onto Aspen Lane, and Sacajawea Park will be on your right. The park entrance will be clearly marked.

    If you have a bicycle, start from the Pocatello Greenway Trail located near the Idaho State University campus. Head south on the trail, following the signs toward the east side of the city. When you reach the junction with East Quinn Road, exit the Greenway Trail and head east on East Quinn Road. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Aspen Lane, and you will see Sacajawea Park on your right. This route is scenic and offers a pleasant biking experience through the city.
