    Public Transit

    If you're starting from downtown Pocatello, walk to the nearest bus stop on South 1st Avenue. Board the Idaho State University (ISU) bus route, which should take you toward the Idaho State University campus. From the campus, transfer to the Pocatello Public Transit bus heading south. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 3000 S 2nd Ave. From there, it's a short walk to Zoo Idaho, located at 3000 S 2nd Ave. Look for the entrance signs as you approach the zoo.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer to bike, start from downtown Pocatello and head south on South 1st Avenue. Continue biking until you reach the intersection with South 2nd Avenue. Turn left onto South 2nd Avenue and continue until you reach Zoo Idaho, which will be on your right at 3000 S 2nd Ave. The route is relatively flat and should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

    Walking

    For those who enjoy walking, start from the city center and head south on South 1st Avenue. Walk for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the intersection with South 2nd Avenue.
