Once you reach Boise, take the exit for Broadway Ave/ID-21. Continue straight on Broadway Ave for about 3 miles. Then turn right onto E Old Penitentiary Rd. The Old Penitentiary/Table Rock Trailhead will be located on your left at 2421 E Old Penitentiary Rd, Boise, ID 83712.
