If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Sun Valley. Head south on Sun Valley Road towards Ketchum. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach Ketchum. Once in Ketchum, turn left onto Main Street and follow it until you see the marker for the Salmon River Historical Marker on your right, near the intersection with 6th Street. There is no dedicated parking at the marker, but you can find street parking nearby.
