From Boise, head north on I-84. Continue on I-84 for approximately 30 miles until you reach the exit for US-95 N toward Moscow. Take this exit and continue on US-95 N for about 20 miles until you reach the town of Cottonwood. From Cottonwood, take ID-62 W for approximately 16 miles. You will then merge onto ID-3 N, continuing for roughly 14 miles. Follow the signs for McCroskey State Park, which will be on your right.
