From the center of Twin Falls, head south on Main Avenue towards the Snake River. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto River Drive. Continue walking along River Drive until you reach the intersection with Shoshone Street. Turn right onto Shoshone Street and keep walking for about 0.3 miles. You will then see a pathway leading to the scenic overlook of the Perrine Coulee Waterfall. Follow the path up to the overlook area for the best views of the waterfall.

If you have access to a bike, start from downtown Twin Falls and head south on Main Avenue. After approximately 0.5 miles, turn left onto River Drive. Continue biking along the Snake River on River Drive. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Shoshone Street. Continue for another 0.3 miles until you reach the entrance to the path leading to the Scenic View Perrine Coulee Waterfall. Secure your bike and follow the walking path to the waterfall viewpoint.
