Train
From Arlington Heights train station, board a Metra train on the Union Pacific Northwest Line heading towards Chicago O'Hare. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the Ogilvie Transportation Center in downtown Chicago. Once you arrive, exit the train and follow the signs to the Madison Street exit.

Walking
After exiting Ogilvie Transportation Center, walk east on Madison Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach Wacker Drive. Turn left on Wacker Drive and continue walking for about 0.2 miles. The Chicago Architecture Center will be on your right at 111 E Wacker Dr.

From the Arlington Heights downtown area, you can take the Pace bus route 696 towards the Rosemont station. Get off at the stop near the Metra train station in Arlington Heights. From there, take the Metra train as described above to Ogilvie Transportation Center. Follow the walking directions from Ogilvie to the Chicago Architecture Center.
