    If you are starting from the Arlington Heights Metra Train Station, take the Metra train on the Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Crystal Lake. Get off at the 'Arlington Park' station. From the station, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to Lake Arlington. Exit the station and head east on E. Northwest Hwy. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with N. Windsor Dr. Turn right onto N. Windsor Dr. and walk north for about 0.5 miles. Lake Arlington will be on your left at 2201 N Windsor Dr.

    Walking

    From downtown Arlington Heights, head north on N. Dunton Ave. until you reach E. Thomas St. Turn left onto E. Thomas St and continue until you reach N. Windsor Dr. Turn right onto N. Windsor Dr. and walk north for about 1 mile. Lake Arlington will be on your left at 2201 N Windsor Dr.

    Biking

    If you have a bike, start from downtown Arlington Heights and head north on N. Dunton Ave. until you reach E. Thomas St. Turn left onto E. Thomas St. and follow it until you reach N. Windsor Dr. From there, turn right onto N. Windsor Dr. and bike north for approximately 1 mile. Lake Arlington will be on your left at 2201 N Windsor Dr. There are bike racks available at the park.
