    From Arlington Heights train station, board a Metra train on the Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Disembark at the Ogilvie Transportation Center. Once at Ogilvie, transfer to the 'L' train by following the signs to the 'Washington/Wells' station. Take the Brown Line towards Kimball and get off at the 'Linden' station. From there, walk east on North Avenue, then south on Stockton Drive to reach the Lincoln Park Conservatory.

    From the Arlington Heights downtown area, take the Pace bus #696 towards the Des Plaines Metra station. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Des Plaines Metra station. From there, board a Metra train on the Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago and alight at the Ogilvie Transportation Center. Then transfer to the 'L' train at the 'Washington/Wells' station, taking the Brown Line towards Kimball and getting off at the 'Linden' station.
