If you are in downtown Aurora, head south on Broadway Ave. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Galena Blvd. Turn right (west) onto Galena Blvd and walk approximately 4 blocks until you reach Cedar St. Turn left (south) onto Cedar St, and the William Tanner House will be on your right at 305 Cedar St.

From the Aurora Transportation Center, take the Pace Bus Route 528 heading towards the Aurora East High School. Get off at the stop at Galena Blvd and Cedar St. From there, walk south on Cedar St for about 2 blocks, and you will find the William Tanner House at 305 Cedar St on your right.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Fox River Trail located near the downtown area. Head south on the Fox River Trail until you reach the intersection with Galena Blvd. Turn left onto Galena Blvd, then a right onto Cedar St. Continue biking south on Cedar St for a short distance, and you will arrive at the William Tanner House located at 305 Cedar St.
