If you are in downtown Aurora, start at the Aurora Transportation Center located at 233 N Broadway Ave, Aurora, IL 60505. Exit the center and head south on Broadway Ave towards W Galena Blvd. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto W Galena Blvd and continue walking for another 1 mile until you reach the intersection with N River St. Turn right on N River St and follow it for about 0.3 miles until you reach the entrance to the Riverwalk. Walk along the Riverwalk, enjoying the scenic views, until you reach the Millennium Carillon in Naperville, which will be to your right. The sledding hill is located adjacent to the carillon.

From Aurora, take the Metra BNSF Line train towards Chicago Union Station. Board the train at the Aurora Metra Station at 233 N Broadway Ave. After about 25 minutes, disembark at the Naperville Metra Station. Exit the station and walk east on E 5th Ave until you reach S Washington St. Turn left on S Washington St and walk towards the Riverwalk, where you will find signs directing you to the Millennium Carillon area. The sledding hill is nearby the carillon.
