From Berwyn, head to the Berwyn Metra Station located at 6820 Windsor Ave. Take the BNSF Railway Line towards Union Station in Chicago. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and walk to the nearby State/Lake station on the 'L' train. From State/Lake, take the Brown Line towards Kimball and get off at the Washington/Wells stop. After exiting the station, walk east on Washington Street towards Wacker Drive. The Chicago Architecture Center is located at 111 E Wacker Dr, just a short walk from the intersection.

Catch the Pace Bus Route 303 at the nearest bus stop on Ogden Ave and travel towards the CTA Pink Line. After reaching the Kedzie station, transfer to the Pink Line train towards the 18th station.
