From Union Station, walk to the nearby 'Washington/Wells' station and board the 'Brown Line' train towards Kimball. Ride the Brown Line to the 'Fullerton' stop. At Fullerton, transfer to the 'Red Line' train towards 95th/Dan Ryan. Ride the Red Line to the 'Belmont' stop. Finally, exit the station and walk 0.5 miles east on Belmont Ave, then turn left on Halsted St. The Briar Street Theatre will be on your right at 3133 N Halsted St.
