Board the bus heading towards Chicago. The ride will take approximately 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Chicago Union Station, transfer to the 'L' train. Take the Blue Line towards O'Hare and get off at the Washington station. From there, walk east for about 5 minutes until you reach the Cultural Center.
