From Bolingbrook, head to the nearest bus stop that services Pace Bus route 834. Take the 834 bus heading towards the 'Metra Route 55' station. This bus will take you to the 'Romeoville Metra Station'. Once you arrive, transfer to the Metra Rock Island line heading towards 'Chicago'. Get off at the 'LaSalle St. Station'. From there, walk to the 'Union Station' which is about a 10-minute walk. At Union Station, catch the CTA 'Pink Line' train towards '18th'. Transfer to the 'Red Line' at the 18th stop and take it towards 'Howard'. Get off at the 'Cermak-Chinatown' station. Finally, transfer to the 'Bus 146' at the bus stop outside the station and ride it straight to 'Museum Campus'. The Field Museum is located at 1400 S Lake Shore Dr, just a short walk from the bus stop.
