After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Bolingbrook Commons' stop. There, transfer to the Pace Bus Route 755 towards Chicago. Remain on the bus for about 45 minutes until you reach the 'Roosevelt & State' stop in downtown Chicago. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Soldier Field. Head southeast on State Street, then turn right onto 18th Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Special Olympics Drive, where Soldier Field is located.
Train
Start by making your way to the nearest Metra station in Bolingbrook, which is the 'Woodridge/Naperville Station.' Take the Metra Heritage Corridor Line towards 'Union Station' in Chicago. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and walk to the nearby 'State & Adams' bus stop. Catch the CTA Bus No. 126 - Jackson to Soldier Field. This bus will take you directly to Soldier Field after a ride of about 15 minutes.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous and would like to bike, there are bike paths that connect Bolingbrook to nearby areas. Start by biking towards the 'DuPage River Trail.' Follow the trail north until you connect to the 'Illinois & Michigan Canal State Trail.' Continue on this trail until you reach the 'Chicago Riverwalk.' Once you are on the Riverwalk, follow it east until you reach the intersection with South Lake Shore Drive. From there, head south on Lake Shore Drive to reach Soldier Field, which is located at 1410 Special Olympics Dr.
