If you are driving from Bloomington-Normal, head northeast on I-55 N. Continue on I-55 N for about 20 miles. Take exit 167 for IL-47 N toward Hudson. After exiting, turn left onto IL-47 N and drive for approximately 8 miles. Once you reach Hudson, turn right onto E. 1st St, then take another right onto W. 1st St, and finally a left onto JXP8+CQ. The World’s Largest Square Knot will be located on your right. There is no parking fee, but ensure you park legally.

From Bloomington-Normal, take the Connect Transit bus Route 5 to the Miller Park Zoo stop. From there, transfer to Route 7 towards the Eastland Mall. Get off at the Hudson stop. Once you arrive in Hudson, you can either walk or take a local taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach the World’s Largest Square Knot, which is approximately 1.5 miles away from the bus stop. Note that taxi or rideshare costs may vary, typically around $10 to $15.
