    If you're starting from downtown Champaign, head northeast on N Neil St toward E Church St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach E University Ave. Turn left onto E University Ave and walk for approximately 0.6 miles. After crossing N Broadway Ave, you will see the Anita Purves Nature Center on your right at 1505 N Broadway Ave. The walk should take around 20-25 minutes.

    From downtown Champaign, you can take the MTD bus route 5 (Green Line). Board the bus at the nearest stop on N Neil St. Ride the bus for about 15-20 minutes and get off at the stop for N Broadway Ave. From there, walk north for about 0.2 miles.
