If you are near the Red Line train, board the train at any downtown station heading south towards 95th/Dan Ryan. Get off at the State/Lake station and transfer to the Orange Line towards Midway. Get off at the Adams/Wells station and walk to the #146 bus stop at Dearborn St & Adams St. Take the #146 bus towards Museum Campus and get off at 18th St & DuSable Lake Shore Dr. Walk south for about 10 minutes to reach Adler Planetarium at 1300 S DuSable Lake Shore Dr.

Start from Grant Park and head south on Columbus Dr. Continue onto Lake Shore Dr and then take a left onto 18th St. Follow 18th St until you reach DuSable Lake Shore Dr. Turn right and walk south for about 10 minutes to reach Adler Planetarium.
