Getting There

• Bus

  If you're near the Loop, you can take the #20 Madison bus heading east. Get off at the Randolph/Wells stop. From there, walk east on Randolph Street for about three blocks until you reach 201 E Randolph St, the Millennium Park Welcome Center.

• Train (L)

  Take the Red Line or Blue Line to the Washington/Wells station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Washington Street until you reach State Street. Turn left (north) and continue to Randolph Street. Turn right (east) on Randolph, and walk for about four blocks until you arrive at 201 E Randolph St.

• Walking

  If you are within walking distance in the downtown area, simply head towards Millennium Park. Look for the iconic Cloud Gate sculpture (the Bean). From there, walk east on Washington Street, turn left on Randolph Street, and continue until you reach 201 E Randolph St.

• Taxi or Ride-share

  You can use a taxi or a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft. Simply input '201 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60601' as your destination, and the driver will take you directly to the Millennium Park Welcome Center.

• Bicycle

  If you're renting a bike, head towards Millennium Park. From the south, bike north on the Lakefront Trail until you reach Randolph Street. Turn left (west) on Randolph Street and continue until you reach 201 E Randolph St. There are bike racks available near the Welcome Center.
