Public Transit - CTA
If you're starting from downtown Chicago, the easiest way to reach Museum Campus is by taking the 'L' train. Board the Red Line at any downtown station heading towards 95th/Dan Ryan. Get off at the Harold Washington Library station and transfer to the #146 bus at the corner of Congress Pkwy and State St. Board the #146 bus towards Museum Campus and stay on for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stop at Solidarity Drive & Museum Campus. Follow the signs to the various museums.
Walking
If you prefer to walk and are located near Grant Park, you can head south on Michigan Avenue until you reach the intersection with 18th Street. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the entrance to Museum Campus. This is a scenic route that takes you through the park where you can enjoy the views of the skyline and Lake Michigan.
Biking
For those who want to bike, you can rent a Divvy bike from one of the many stations around the city. Start at the nearest Divvy station and make your way towards Museum Campus via the Lakefront Trail. This trail runs along the shore of Lake Michigan and provides a beautiful route to the museum area. Follow the signs towards Museum Campus and look for designated bike paths.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply request a ride to 'Museum Campus, 337 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60601'. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the campus, where you can explore the various museums and parks.
