If you are near a CTA 'L' train station, take the Red, Blue, or Brown line trains towards downtown. Get off at the Washington/Wells station. From there, walk east towards Wells St, then south to Randolph St, and head east on Randolph for about three blocks. The Millennium Monument will be on your left at 201 E Randolph St.
