If you're coming from the north suburbs, take I-94 south towards the city. If you're coming from the south, take I-90 north. Once you get closer to downtown Chicago, follow the signs for the 'Loop' and exit onto either Wacker Dr or State St. Look for parking options nearby, such as the Wacker Drive Garage located at 50 E Wacker Dr, which is just a short walk away from the center.

    To reach the Chicago Architecture Center using public transportation, you can take the 'L' train. If you're near a Red Line station, board a train heading towards 95th/Dan Ryan and get off at the State/Lake station. From there, walk east on Lake St until you reach Wacker Dr, then turn left (north) and walk to 111 E Wacker Dr. Alternatively, you could take the Blue Line to Washington station, then transfer to bus route 60 (Blue Island/26th) which will take you to Wacker Dr. The center is within walking distance from the bus stop.
