If you are driving, start by getting onto I-90 E/I-94 E from your location. Follow the signs for 'Chicago' and merge onto I-90 E/I-94 E. Continue on I-90 E for about 7 miles. Take exit 51C toward 'Roosevelt Rd/US-41' and keep left at the fork to continue on 'Roosevelt Rd'. Public Transportation
Using public transportation, if you are near the 'Red Line' subway, take the train towards '95th/Dan Ryan'. Get off at the 'Library' stop. From there, transfer to the 'J14' or 'J11' bus towards 'Museum Campus'. The bus will take you directly to the Field Museum. Make sure to get off at the 'Museum Campus' stop. The museum will be a short walk from there, located at 1400 S Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605.
