From Cicero, head to the nearest CTA Pink Line station, which is located at 18th & Cicero. Board the Pink Line train towards 54th/Cermak. Ride the train until you reach the Damen stop. Transfer to the Blue Line by following the signs to the Blue Line platform. Board the Blue Line train towards O'Hare. Ride until you reach the Washington station. Exit the train and walk east on Washington St towards Michigan Ave. Turn left on Michigan Ave and continue walking until you reach E Grand Ave. Turn right on E Grand Ave and walk until you arrive at the Chicago Children's Museum located at 700 E Grand Ave.

From Cicero, find the nearest bus stop for the #54 Cicero bus. Board the bus heading north. Ride the bus until you reach the Kedzie stop. From there, transfer to the #8 Halsted bus and head north.
